Finding My Way

There was a time in my life when I had experience, skills and ideas however no clear direction.

I was feel stuck.

That feeling is hard to explain.
I wake up knowing I can do something meaningful, yet I do not know what the next step should be.

That was where my journey truly began.

When Uncertainty Became Loud

I was invited to join a Mini Business Networking Session conducted by Zhol Consultancy under Yayasan Peneraju Leadership Program. Before the Mini Business Networking Session, I reflected deeply on my own path.

There was a period when I did not have a job, did not have a clear title and did not have a roadmap.
People around me meant well.
They asked, “So what’s next?”

I smiled even when inside, I did not have the answer.

Honestly, the hardest part was carrying uncertainty quietly, while still trying to appear capable.

I Didn’t Find Purpose. I Built My Way Into It

I did not wake up one day with clarity.

What I did instead was start building small, imperfect things.
Ideas. Notes. Conversations. Experiments.

This was also when AI entered my journey, as a partner in helping me organize my thoughts and ask better questions when my mind felt messy.

It helped me structuring my way towards my purpose.

Structure Gave Me Ground to Stand On

As I continued building, I realized something important:

Experience alone can feel heavy without structure

Realize that, I pursued certifications, learning program and professional grounding for stability.

Structure gave me something solid to stand on.

Then clarity came naturally from doing, learning and reflecting.

How ICSN Emerged Without Being Planned

ICSN or Integrated Circular Smart Nexus was never part of a grand plan.

It emerged naturally as I noticed a recurring pattern which many people have good ideas, yet those ideas struggle to move forward.

The ideas not weak however it hard to explain, hard to align and hard to collaborate on.

ICSN became my way of structuring ideas so conversations become easier, expectations clearer and collaboration more natural.

Why This Mini Business Networking Session Mattered to Me

During the Mini Business Networking Session, I shared this journey honestly without pretending I had everything figured out.

And that felt right.

I believe real connections start with shared understanding.

Listening to others, I realized how many of us are quietly navigating transitions professionally, personally or both.

Walking the Vision, One Step at a Time

If there is one thing I have learned which is:

In my experience, purpose come later after I build my way into it.

Dear Readers,

If you are feeling uncertain right now, it might mean you are standing at the edge of something new.

Take one step.
Then another.

That is how I am walking my vision and finding my way, one step at a time.

Let’s keep the conversation going.
Because clarity grows when we walk together.
