Story behind Walk The Vision
Walk The Vision was born from a simple observation, a gap between ideas and real-world practice. Too often, knowledge stayed in silos while valuable experiences went undocumented. We believed those lessons deserved to be shared.
How it start
What began as conversations, reflections and lessons from real projects has grown into a community where knowledge is built through experience and shared to help others learn, innovate and move forward.
Like walking across a long bridge at night, we may not always see the full destination. However, with every step we take together, the path becomes clearer.
The platform is initiate by Norazalin Nasaha, developed from multidisciplinary experience spanning engineering project delivery, competency development systems and innovation initiatives. This combination enables a practice-oriented perspective that integrates technical execution with strategic leadership thinking.
