Time flew faster than my WiFi during sales day and suddenly the program ended leaving me with a notebook full of golden nuggets and a heart that strangely fuller. All thanks to our powerhouse speaker Datuk Zunaidah Idris, every fabolous and brilliant women in the room, Yayasan Peneraju and Women Leadership Foundation (WLF) for crafting such a meaningful platform.
I walked in to learn leadership, little did I know I would walk out wanting to lead with value.

Little did I know, I came for skills and got emotionally rearranged instead 😅 Little did I know that in my noble mission to ‘create value’, I would actually become the one being re-created instead mentally, emotionally and a bit physically too 😅
Last Saturday I joined the Women Leadership Program hosted by Yayasan Peneraju and Women Leadership Foundation (WLF). My expectation? Upgrade my leadership skills. Reality? My entire understanding of teamwork and collaboration got rebooted. Datuk Zunaidah Idris, (famous line ‘little did they know’ is now stuck in my head) completely flipped my understanding of teamwork. Turns out real collaboration is not just ‘you do slide, I do report’ – its ‘we think, decide, panic and succeed together’. High performing teams are not just fast, they feel safe.
