There was a time in my life when I had experience, skills and ideas however\u00a0no clear direction.<\/span><\/p>\n

I was feel stuck.<\/span><\/p>\n

That feeling is hard to explain.<\/span>
I wake up knowing I can<\/em> do something meaningful, yet I do not know what the next step should be<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

That was where my journey truly began.<\/span><\/p>\n

When Uncertainty Became Loud<\/h3>\n

I was invited to join a Mini Business Networking Session conducted by Zhol Consultancy under Yayasan Peneraju Leadership Program. Before the Mini Business Networking Session, I reflected deeply on my own path.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was a period when I did not have a job, did not have a clear title and did not have a roadmap.<\/span>
People around me meant well.<\/span>
They asked, \u201cSo what\u2019s next?\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I smiled even when inside, I did not have the answer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Honestly, the hardest part was carrying uncertainty quietly<\/strong>, while still trying to appear capable.<\/span><\/p>\n

I Didn\u2019t Find Purpose. I Built My Way Into It<\/h3>\n

I did not wake up one day with clarity.<\/span><\/p>\n

What I did instead was start building small, imperfect things.<\/span>
Ideas. Notes. Conversations. Experiments.<\/span><\/p>\n

This was also when AI entered my journey, as a\u00a0partner<\/strong> in helping me organize my thoughts and ask better questions when my mind felt messy. <\/span><\/p>\n

It helped me structuring\u00a0my way <\/strong>towards my purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

Structure Gave Me Ground to Stand On<\/h3>\n

As I continued building, I realized something important:<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience alone can feel heavy without structure<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Realize that, I pursued certifications, learning program and professional grounding for stability<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Structure gave me something solid to stand on.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then clarity came naturally from doing, learning and reflecting<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

How ICSN Emerged Without Being Planned<\/h3>\n

ICSN or Integrated Circular Smart Nexus was never part of a grand plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

It emerged naturally as I noticed a recurring pattern which many people have good ideas, yet those ideas struggle to move forward.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ideas not weak however it hard to explain, hard to align and hard to collaborate on<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

ICSN became my way of structuring ideas so conversations become easier, expectations clearer and collaboration more natural.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why This Mini Business Networking Session Mattered to Me<\/h3>\n

During the Mini Business Networking Session,\u00a0I shared this journey honestly without pretending I had everything figured out.<\/span><\/p>\n

And that felt right.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe real connections start with shared understanding<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Listening to others, I realized how many of us are quietly navigating transitions professionally, personally or both.<\/span><\/p>\n

If there is one thing I have learned which is:<\/span><\/p>\n
