Little Did I Know<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Little did I know, I came for skills and got emotionally rearranged instead \ud83d\ude05 Little did I know that in my noble mission to ‘create value’, I would actually become the one being re-created instead mentally, emotionally and a bit physically too \ud83d\ude05<\/span><\/p>\n

Last Saturday I joined the Women Leadership Program hosted by Yayasan Peneraju<\/a> and Women Leadership Foundation (WLF).<\/a> My expectation? Upgrade my leadership skills. Reality? My entire understanding of teamwork and collaboration got rebooted. Datuk Zunaidah Idris<\/a>, (famous line ‘little did they know’ is now stuck in my head) completely flipped my understanding of teamwork. Turns out real collaboration is not just ‘you do slide, I do report’ – its ‘we think, decide, panic and succeed together’. High performing teams are not just fast, they feel safe.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Time flew faster than my WiFi during sales day and suddenly the program ended leaving me with a notebook full of golden nuggets and\u00a0 a heart that strangely fuller. All thanks to our powerhouse speaker Datuk Zunaidah Idris, <\/a>every fabolous and brilliant women in the room, Yayasan Peneraju<\/a> and Women Leadership Foundation (WLF)<\/a> for crafting such a meaningful platform.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I walked in to learn leadership, little did I know I would walk out wanting to lead with value.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
